I ordered Priline CF PC filament and all I can say is, wow. The more water there is in the air, the more moisture the polycarbonate will absorb. The filament has a 1.75mm standard diameter. When changing filament from any other material to Polycarbonate, youll want to heat the hot end to at least 260C. It's a variety of parts from wheel pants, a gopro mount and some two material washers with TPU on the bottom to give it a little cushion. Really helpful Printing Temp/Nozzle Temperature: 240-260C (464-500F), Base Plate Temperature: 80-100C(176-212F)4. The recommended print temps are slightly different for each, though since they they all print at a pretty high temp, its possibly youll get decent results even if you use the same settings for all three materials. Quality Polycarbonate filament is a necessity if you want a good Polycarbonate print. I'll have to do some digging. Printing wet Polycarbonate can lead to hydrolysis which will permanently alter the filament on a molecular level, making it significantly weaker than it would be if it were printed dry.
